Refund Policy

 

Custom made Furniture

As our custom made furniture are made according to your specification and written approval prior to production, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for any change of mind or colour variation owing to timber being a natural product.

 

 Other Furniture

We do not accept any returns or offer any exchange for change of mind. We endeavour to engage and assist our customers with selecting our furniture piece whether it be through visiting our showrooms, video calls, providing samples, selection of timber and relevant materials in our factory, images and any other methods proposed to allow our customers to make an inform decision in purchasing our product.

 

Terms of Service

 

Amending custom made furniture

Upon receiving your deposit and written approval of your order specification, your order will progress to production. Any request for changes cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the stage of production where changes may or may not be possible. Any changes requested may incur an additional fee.

 

Cancellation of your customer made order

As each piece of furniture is custom made to your specification, once your order has progressed to production, any cancellation may incur charges including cost of labour, material and other expenses depending on the stage of production process that your order has reached. We require that cancellation be made in writing.

 

Deposit & Delivery

We require a deposit of 50% and written approval from you prior to commencing the production process of our custom made furniture piece with the balance to be paid prior to delivery. A deposit of at least 20% is required for the purchase of our floor stock and other products to ensure the item(s) is set aside for your with the balance to be paid prior to delivery.

 

Shipping Fee

The standard fee of $250 stated on our website and upon check out are for deliveries within a 25km radius of Melbourne/Ballarat and with no barriers to entries such as steps/staircases, tight entries and other obstacles. Delivery fee may vary depending on the location, accessibility and items ordered.
