We will endeavour to facilitate and do everything we can to assist our customers, whether it be to visit our showrooms/production plant, request a video call or additional images and any other methods proposed so our customers can view the furniture piece prior to purchase. We want our customers to be completely satisfied!

The standard fee of $250 stated on our website and upon check
out are for deliveries within a 25km radius of Melbourne/Ballarat and with no
barriers to entries such as steps/staircases, tight entries and other obstacles.
Delivery fee may vary depending on the location, accessibility and items ordered.

Arranmore Solid Timber Furniture with Arranmore Natural Oil is luxurious yet humble.

Our Natural Oil is not a wax finish - its ingredients are all natural and include eucalypt, thistle, sunflower and linseed. It compliments the natural antibacterial properties of timber.

LIVING WITH YOUR ARRANMORE FURNITURE

Our desire is for you to love and use your Arranmore furniture item forever. We are committed to producing quality furniture and stand by our craftmanship with the understanding that solid timber is a natural resource and will be affected by changes in climate and its environment. Your items will respond to different conditions which is normal.

Our professional experience advises the following:

 

NATURAL OIL AND WHITE OIL ITEMS

• Avoid placing furniture where it will be subjected to significant extremes in temperature

• Whilst the tone of your timber item will alter slightly over time, in most cases this goes almost unnoticed, direct sunlight can hasten this so to protect your item from the sun’s harsh rays.

• Please wipe spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth. Do not leave liquids sitting on the furniture. In the event a stain does occur, do contact us on 03 5329 3888 and we can quote you for a customer care visit which can typically be repaired in your home - the beauty of an Arranmore Oil furniture item.

• Clean only with a mildly soapy dishcloth, do not use scourers, chemicals, abrasives, polishes, waxes, microfibre clothes or other such cleaning items.

• Dust weekly with a 100% cotton white rag – cut up pillow cases and sheets are perfect.

• Light scratches and marks can be repaired by you. Do watch the short video and contact us as to the grade of sandpaper required.  Arranmore Oils can be purchased in store or posted to your location.

• Major fluctuations in home/office heating and cooling can cause movement in your timber items which is normal.

 

 ALFRESCO ITEMS

We design and manufacture products suited to their space however we cannot provide a warranty on products that are exposed to extreme weather. Your items are a natural product and will respond to climate changes.

• Every 6 (six) months we ask that you sand lightly and re oil your furniture to keep it beautiful.

• Avoid placing furniture where it will be subjected to significant extremes in temperature.

• Whilst the tone of your timber item will alter slightly over time, in most cases this goes almost unnoticed, direct sunlight can hasten this so do protect your item from the sun’s harsh rays.

SPRAYED ITEMS

These items are treated differently to our Arranmore Oil Furniture. Extra care is required in living with these items.

•Clean only with a mildly soapy dishcloth, do not use scourers, chemicals, abrasives, polishes, waxes, microfibre clothes or other such cleaning items.

• Even though your item is sprayed, it is still a solid timber natural resource that will respond to variation in climate. Do avoid placing your item where it will be subjected to temperature extremes which will cause your item to crack.

• Always take care when moving items on the surface as we are unable to provide a warranty on scratches, marks, dents and the like.

• At all times do protect your item from direct heat, you will be required to use coasters, heat mats, table cloths at all times to prevent markings.

• Do protect your item from direct sunlight to minimise dis-colouration.

• Please wipe spills immediately.

POWDERCOATED STEEL INDOOR FRAMES

• Please only wipe with a damp cloth no abrasives, chemicals and the like.

• Just like your Arranmore Furniture items do not expose these to liquids, weather and direct sunlight.
